Phil founded CRANTECH after retiring from the marine industry where he had been servicing underwater video equipment and later in management positions at Video Systems (North West) which later evolved into UVS and later BlueZone Group.
He was offered an opportunity to carry out service and repair work on drain inspection cameras and spent about six years doing this part time. This then eventuated into a partnership with Glenn when they were offered a RIDGID Service Centre contract early in 2021.
Phil has now retired from Crantech and handed over the reigns to Glenn. Phil will follow his passion with his business CRANCAM for sales of Underwater Cameras, ROV’s (Remotely Operated Vehicles) and Drones.
